Can you help me style this skirt please?

I love this skirt. I think the matching top looks great with it but I know the top won’t suit my big boobs.

i think something boxy - Short sleeve shirt or T-shirt shape top? I’d like to wear it for a wedding if possible. I don’t like patterns/floral dresses etc.

The marching top is out and it would be difficult to find same red so black navy or white top?

I don’t mind being more casual than most would be for a wedding. I have some nice gold coloured jewellery.

Not black - too vampy with red for a wedding. Not navy or white either - too holiday. You want a cropped pink mohair top. Certainly something in a different fabric, with some texture to it.

I think you are right. Might find something else for the wedding and think of something to wear with it for other occasions. Pink jumper too hot I think.

It doesn’t have to be a jumper! Or pink - though that would be my inclination. But you could look for something - lace, sequins, crochet, translucence, heavy embroidery, that has more texture than flat cotton.

I can see some nice alpaca blend short sleeve jumper but could be itchy/hot.

Ah just seen you don’t want the top. I think the 50’s style open neck blouse a good option, maybe Boden has some patterned ones? I think it needs something to elevate it a little
