Just seen the first episode of Interior Design Masters on iPlayer. Briony has such lovely hair and it reminds me a little of what my own hair used to be like years ago. Golden, wavy, bouncy. Now it's darkened to basically brown, gone flat and floppy and I have less time or energy to spend time on it, with 2 small children and work to bother with first. All I do is have a trim every few months and put some supposedly volumising product in which does nothing.
Can anyone tell me how to get hair like this?
Is it balayage? Ombre? Just naturally sun kissed at the ends (surely not?!)
Cut with layers or not? Dried with a diffuser, possibly?
