I used to use the Urban Decay vinyl liquid eyeliner that didn't come off at all. I've never found an eyeliner as good as that since, but it's been discontinued. Does anyone know if a liquid eyeliner, preferably vinyl, that really doesn't come off? So fed up of trying supposedly waterproof eyeliners that don't last! I'm off to Thailand soon, so really need something that will stay in in the heat!😁
