I HATE my bum and legs. I have cellulite on my bum and thighs and my legs are like sausages. Straight up and down and "sturdy". I don't really need to lose weight as such, because my weight is actually ok overall but even when I AM a lot slimmer I still have a big wobbly bum and legs.
I really want something targeted to try and sort them out at least a bit. Has anyone had either of these and found they made a difference? If so which one do you think would work better for me. I was thinking of booking a consultation but they're offered in different clinics so I feel like the advice and recommendations I get will probably be for the treatment offered in the place I'm having the consult, whichever one I'm at!
Also if anyone knows of any non surgical procedures that might give me ankles (rather than horrible fat candles!!) please let me know.
Thank you!!

Tried them both a little while back and I assure you they do nothing. I thought they would be a magic cure but they weren’t. Keep your money would be my advice!

Oh god really? That isn't what I was hoping to hear. Not even a reduction in cellulite from the lipofirm?

Isn’t cool sculpting what that supermodel had and it ruined her neck/face? Linda Evangelista. She didn’t go out for years because of her reaction to it.

You’d be better doing something like Pilates or strength training to build up the muscles and make sure you have good posture.

I’ve been swimming or jogging at least 3 times a week for the last 4 weeks and my legs are definitely defined more defined and shapely. Not made any difference to my flat ass so I need to build in some squats and other glute building exercises but I find them tedious and dull so need to really force myself to do it.

I do loads of exercise. I do squats and press ups every morning and go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. It would probably be worse if I didn't! Don't do Pilates admittedly. I used to but gave it up because lying on one side on a mat hurts my hip since pregnancy. They always have lying on your side exercises in Pilates.
