I like wearing dresses occasionally. I need a pair of shoes to go with dresses preferably blue tones?
Maybe a more neutral pair too?

I usually wear flats but getting sick of them.

By 'going out' do you mean to a nightclub, a formal event, a casual luncheon or something else? These might not be the right formality of what you want. What budget?

Would a low wedge be better if you don't often wear heels?

I don't do clubbing nowadays but do dance. Gigs etc. Maybe meal and drinks before.
