Best non-greasy moisturiser for oily skin?

Looking for recommendations please.
I've tried so many but everything seems to make my skin oiler and make up looks shiny and cakey within an hour of applying :(

La roche posay is good. So here is my routine that I follow with that:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face and micellar water
Sebamed clear face gel,
LRP spf
Evening:
LRP moisturizer,
Started with Tretinoin (0.025) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel
