Boob tape and nipple covers for sensitive skin

DD16 wants some tape to hold the front of a backless dress in place and maybe nipple covers rather than a stick on bra, doesn’t need the support. Can anyone recommend ones that doesn’t rip the skin off please. Been reading reviews and some sound awful!
Never used either myself so help appreciated please.

My DD uses this tape and the same company's nipple covers. They are hypoallergenic and latex free. She's never had an issue with the removal but if your dd is worried she could always soak it in the shower and then peel off that way x Perkfection
