Any idea what of this I'm allergic to?

Ongoing saga with my skin, realised I'm allergic to lots of things which are triggering skin issues. I got this Clinique SPF today and within 10 mins of putting it on my eyes are puffy and gritty and nose completely blocked like hay fever. Really congested - it's obviously a reaction to something in this. Are any of these known ingredients that I can try and avoid?
