Yep, I like to get about 5lbs below my idea weight, then as pp said I can indulge myself.

Also I like feel good in my clothes and feel confident.

No, but every spring I lose my appetite as soon as the temperatures rise. I stop craving carbs and so the winter weight starts to disappear.

When the clocks go forward I am finally able to run after work, and the two combined mean I get back to summer weight by June.

No, I'm whom I am. Also, I know a couple of pounds I'll put on, will comoff once I'm back at work, usual exercise routine and diet.
