Fungal nail removal - home laser treatment recommendations

My 11yo DD has fungal nails that we’re already treating using a GP-prescribed nail lacquer, but I’ve also seen on Amazon some light machines that are designed to treat it and I wondered if this could accelerate the process before summer. Does anyone have any advice having used them or product recommendations please?

After 15 years the only thing that worked for me was Terbinafine. A quick google suggests it can be prescribed to children. I wish I had just gone for that as soon as I got the infection as it would have saved years of embarrassment and discomfort. It’s been 5 years now and my nails are perfect with no recurrence at all.
