Sagging eyelids but not surgery- Morpheus, Ultherapy etc?

I've had a rough time with eczema on my eyelids and it's left them quite lined between the lid and my eyebrow, and one is droopier than the other.

Is there anyone here who's had tightening treatments that aren't surgery?

Following as I have hooded eyes and the upper lids are starting to get very heavy as I age unfortunately. Surgery is too scary so would like something non-surgical.

I have thought of a Ziip Halo which provides a tightening effect temporarily but it’s expensive. I’ve seen Sali Hughes raving about it, but I’m not sure if it would be ok to use on eyelids.

Although you don’t want it, I think your best bet is surgery. The eczema might be a problem with non surgical methods
