the bras advertised on facebook

Has anyone bought from Modara or Honeylove? Or Shapermint (IIRC)? Would you recommend or not? I'm looking for no underwires but good for big boobs, not the best combo. Hard to know what the quality is like so I thought I'd ask here. Other MNers may be interested in other brands, underwired etc. I thought it would be a good idea for a post so we could share info on the good, the bad and the ugly.

I have just come on here to post something similar. I keep seeing the post on my Facebook of the Shapermint Cami and it looks amazing. But I am hideously sceptical of anything I see advertised on social media.

Would be good to hear if anyone has actually gone ahead and got one and what they think.

I got the Shapermint bra with no wires and it’s lovely, gives me a decent shape with no mono boob and is super comfortable. I got the L and I’m
a 34F and it fits pretty well.

One advert I saw - it was a video of a woman speaking confidingly to camera in her bra. She had big boobs and looked great. At one point she pulled the bra band away from her body, to demonstrate stretch/comfort, and the boobs didn't budge a millimetre, so that told me they needed no help to start with!

The bra has two layers at the front (sounds odd but looks fine) and the top layer is a stretchy material while the inner bit is more structured so maybe it way that top layer she was pulling?

It was a Modara ad, I think, not Shapermint

The plot thickens. I bought a Shapermint bra from Amazon and what's arrived is a different brand entirely, called truekind.

Any good?

I haven't worn it yet. I tried it on and thought it was quite good shape- and support-wise, but it came with a chemical smell that didn't go away when I washed it. So I hung it up to air and kind of forgot about it

I bought the Conturve ones after seeing FB ads. They've been really good, very comfy and wash well. I've lost weight so just bought 2 in a smaller size.

Not from FB ads but Uniqlo have vest tops with a built in support bra. They are really good. Going to order some more colours.

Edit to add - I have the AIRism one but they do a few styles.

Was hoping to revive this re Honeylove bras as i’ve
seen the ads on insta and noticed that none of my underwires are comfy, but my existing non wired bras do give a uniboob effect..
