Anyone else with super wide feet? What do you wear?

Looking for trail running or walking shoes and getting sick of ordering stuff online and returning them because they are all just too narrow.

I have wide feet plus bunions on both sides and arthritic big toe joints so need a lot of space. I also have heel spurs so need cushioning and can’t have zero drop. Any ideas?

Meindl walking shoes, the comfort fit range
Innov-8 trail runners- have varying widths
New Balance 2002 or 'extra wide' also AsICS sold on sportsshoes.com website

Altberg do walking boots in 5 width fittings, and a "high volume" style.

They also do walking shoes, but only in one width fitting, although the lace holes are designed to accommodate different lacing patterns to accommodate different width feet.

New Balance trainers are white wide, and some styles come in a wide fit model. Also some Brooks.

Fitville do great shoes for problem feet, very wide feet, bunion fit etc. I get my work trainers from there. They also do half sizes.
If you want walking boots Backcountry also do wide and bunion fit plus half sizes.

@SpringHasSprungg Nike run small and narrowish, so depending on the shoe, I would size up half a size or a size.

It's important to try out the shoe before buying and before wearing for a length of time.

Like with clothes, I find the size is often just a number. The shoes either fit properly or they don't.

Back country UK are around £200 for hiking boots but they are so well made they last for years so worth every penny. I've had mine for 5 years and they are still in great condition.
