Mascara for people who get eye infections?

I get one or two a year (eye infections) and find them absolute hell!

I’m coming to the end of an eye infection, and have decided to throw away my mascara. It’s less than a year old, but an inexpensive brand (L’Oréal).

I hardly ever wear it, and it might be coincidence, but the day I felt this current eye infection coming on, I had been wearing some.

What mascara do people use if they’re prone to getting eye infections?

I was recommended a while back to only buy miniatures of mascara, as a larger tube will be dry and full of bacteria by the time you've used the same amount as in a miniature.

There's also eyelash tinting if you're not allergic to it.

Maybe and eyelash tint a curl would be better suited to you.
