LED face masks - do they help clear skin?

Has anyone found LED face masks help clear up skin issues? My older teen is getting down about his skin (it’s not chronic but far from clear) and I was wondering about investing in an LED mask. (I could then borrow it to see if it helps me look less haggard!) I’ve done a lot of research online but there doesn’t seem to be a clear consensus on what is the best buy. I can’t afford the top end ones that are over 1k — wanting to spend around £150–£300. Would appreciate hearing anyone’s experiences. Thank you!

Yes. The shark one works for me

Mine was about 300 from cult beauty (Dennis gross) and I partly got it as my HRT (esp test) was giving me spots again. It seems to work - I put the blue light setting on in the am when I feel a spot coming and I think only 1 has developed this year. The others just go away before they become proper spots. As a person who has had hormonal spots forever, it feels like a game changer. If DS gets teenage acne, I'll suggest he uses it.

Thanks so much—that’s really helpful!
