can we talk knickers?

most of the knickers in marks seemed to be the ones that cut across the butt cheek, although very softly so no vpl.

Is this the thing to wear now? I look at me in them and there seems to be too much hanging out the bottom iyswim?

i saw the woman on gok last night and she was wearing them too. Ok i prefer them to g strings but what do others think? are these the way to go, or only for those with tiny pert bottoms?

I like big pants. I'm always pulling those tiny ones up.

PeaGreene · 14/05/2008 17:59

I hate them. Prefer proper big knickers that cover the bulge below the belly button. Those hipster things M&S sell get eaten by my bum, or worse, my fanjo and are damned uncomfortable. Grrrr.....

mumoftwo37 · 14/05/2008 18:00

I wear them newgirl and they are so comfy. I haven't got a tiny, pert bottom btw, mine is quite saggy . (DS2 has just said it is not I am just doubting myself so he is obviously wanting something!

They don't actually cut across the butt cheek, they are a bit like low rise jeans. Thongs are vile and uncomfortable imho.

DeeRiguer · 14/05/2008 18:09

they are comfy i like them newgirl
have never been a fan of thongs or big pants though

FrannyandZooey · 14/05/2008 18:12

I am in M+S low rise shorts and they are so comfy

turquoise · 14/05/2008 18:22

I hate them (the shorts ones and thongs), spent most of my childhood avoiding wedgies, not about to pay for one now. They're also so often nasty nylony lace.

Low rise 'bikini' style for me.

sagacious · 14/05/2008 18:28

I have these

Very comfy and look fab with the bra (though slightly disturbingly dh calls it the Minnie Mouse set

I do not DO thongs (sorry Lapin) since catching sight of myself in a changing room
