Yes, started refill pack and not good. Itchy scalp. L'Oréal want me to complete long questionnaire of problems I'm experiencing. Not visible rash, just irritation on scalp and forehead. Nowhere on pack does it say new formulation, except made in Italy and name change to Colour Vive.. Me thinks back to John Frieda 🤔☹️

Since last I heard from L'Oreal was August 2025, when I completed their questionnaire, decided to chase them up. Got reply about how they could understand my frustration with their lack of response. They also say they've escalated it within the company. Shame an organisation of this size would rather spend money on an advert telling us how good they are instead of solving a problem with their product. Will let you know if I get a further response
