I have the Coach Brooklyn 39 for work which fits loads in and is comfortable to carry, but I like the more casual Gramercy style as well.

I also have the canvas version of this in medium which is a good all day bag.

I also use various Longchamp Le Pliage bags for more casual. The leather one linked above is beautiful.
