Just a day after washing! Why! I’m 36 and I’ve never had this problem before.

I’ve tried aveeno and head and shoulders clarifying shampoos. If anything, head and shoulders has made it worse.

What can I do apart from wash my hair every night?

Pantene for Volume has citric acid which is a great clarifier. Also lifts the hair off the scalp with a bit of oomph.

In my experience its best to use a clear shampoo. I'm rating Head and Shoulders Pro Expert Deep Cleanse.

I suspect it's hormonal if it's a sudden change. I went through a period of horrifically greasy hair a year or so after I had my second DC. As in, I would wash it and I swear I could see the grease forming almost instantly! I tried everything (including washing up liquid!) but it eventually settled down in its own... I assume it was because my hormones settled.
