Just that really... I keep seeing ads for them on here

They sounds outrageously comfy and dont look bad....

But are they a bit dowdy? old folks shoes?

Or have I got them wrong?

I have a pair- so comfy, like slippers. Do look a bit meh, but the clip on bows are cute.

I’m on my feet all day, so love them.

I have a pair of their Chelsea boots - very comfy, bought mine on vinted, new with tags for about a 1/3 of the price

I have a pair of the ballet flats that I haven’t actually worn yet. Going to give them an outing this weekend. Pricey but hopefully comfy.

They are definitely less fuddy than Sketchers and boy do I love all of my Sketchers. 😁

The ad on my screen right now says: "Feel the wind between your toes". Grin

They must know I'm 70. I can see they might be comfortable but my God they are very dowdy.

See also Pavers, an Australian brand that follows me around with ads for clothes fitting for a woman in The Handmaid's Tale.

They don't come up as wide as you might expect.

SpareMe · 29/03/2025 22:54

I had a pair. I quite liked the look of them and they seemed more comfy than normal ballet flats initially, but discovered I had a mild latex allergy and got a rash in the shape of the shoe, so never really got to test them out properly

I'm going to go against the grain here and say I find them a bit meh.

I bought them as they are meant to be good for planctar facilitis (I have since seen they stopped going on about this so much)

I suffer from PF. I can't wear shoes not supporting as it causes me pain.

With the vivaia i can wear them 1 evening without horrific pain. I cannot wear them for a day so for me its a pair of pretty shoes for going out here and there (If not standing up) so a bit meh.

They are nice enough to look at.but nothing special. It IS nice to have one shoe brand I can at least buy ampretty shoe for without it cripples me. But I'm not sold slough to have more than 1 pair.

That’s what I was wondering. I’ve got fairly wide feet. I was wondering whether there weee some styles more suited to wide feet than others.

Quietobserver · 30/03/2025 02:15

I’ve got two pairs in the Mary Jane style and wear them all the time. I think that style is quite on trend at the moment, similar styles all over the high street. I spent ages debating and ordered a couple of styles and sizes to find a good fit. They are so comfy! I’m quite wide footed so did go for the wide fit and they are nice and roomy. Lots of pictures and reviews on the website under each style.

I've wide feet too..... good to hear you think on trend!!
