What to do - slight double chin and saggy neck

48 year old female, use retinol/sun block every day, ok weight (though perimenopausal and finding difficult to lose). Over the last 6-8 months I’ve noticed the beginnings of a slight double chin/sagginess under the jaw and neck creases. What treatments can treat /stop this from getting worse? I have Botox done so not averse to cosmetic surgery but nothing to invasive.
if anyone is able to recommend any practitioners or clinics in the City or SW London, please let me know!

thsnks!

A really good doctor can help improve the appearance of a sagging neck using fillers.

Dr Darren McKeown in Glasgow. Don’t be put off by his appearance. He specialises in subtle work and campaigns for better regulation of aestheticians. I travel miles to see him.
