Mint Velvet - how often do they tend to restock item?

Does anyone know? I’ve seen an item I really like - a lot. It’s sold out in both sizes available to me. I think it’s relatively new in the range so am hopeful I will manage to get one eventually but not sure.

Try calling your local store. I found MV to have brilliant customer service. They hunted it down in store for me, and the store sent it to my house free of charge!

I agree re the customer service. I had a dress where the zip stuck (when I was IN it, so it then got damaged by me taking it off) and I emailed them. They arranged for a store to send me a new one, free, and I sent the stuck one back to the main address.

So, yes, call or email them.

I also bought a dress in the sale that subsequently got reduced further. I messaged them and they refunded the difference without question. Money was back in my account within 24 hours.

Better than Hush who I asked to help me swap a dress for a smaller size that was one day out of the returns period and they refused until I escalated. I literally wanted the same dress, tags still on, was willing to pay for postage etc etc. Not a good example of excellent customer service.
