I'm on a super tight budget and found this which is quite cheap, but will it look ok?

I do have a little pregnancy belly though ...

dress

little cardi

I showed one person and they didn't like it...

Very nice, I would say. What was the person's issue with it?

sagacious · 14/05/2008 11:28

As long as the norkage is contained and doesn't scare the vicar I think its nice (and a bargain to boot!)

Merlin · 14/05/2008 11:29

I think it's very nice - and brilliant price too!

What are you wearing on your feet?

MrsBadger · 14/05/2008 11:30

like it

MrsTittleMouse · 14/05/2008 11:32

I think it looks just fine for a Christening. What was the person's issue? Even if they're quite conservative, the cardi will cover up your shoulders for the churchy bit.

I have some gold tinted flip flops with an emblished thing on the front,

I dunno, i just started a thread about what to wear and suggested this but the only person who replied didn't like it.

Feel a bit better now about getting it, lol.

There is another dress but not sure if it will look ok with my bump ....

here

with the cardi in white?

Both nice and a bargain. Think I prefer the first one unless you're tall

TMMJ, I don't really like the colours but my budget is too limited to be fussy, lol.

Very nice. I must try peacocks someday.
You could dress it up with sandels/wedges?

Disenchanted · 14/05/2008 11:42

My colurings dark, black hair, slighty tanned skin, brown eyes...

might check primark before buying it.
