M& S shampoo conditioner cant get out of bottle !!

anyone have an email who I could write to regarding the shampoo and conditioner in the packaging I cant get anything out of it the bottles are too hard to squeeze to get anything out ....2 full bottles that are useless any one else had this problem

All the reviews on Ocado say exactly the same, so hopefully they will make a change. Was looking at it just this morning wondering whether to try some.

Agreed! Got the nourishing one, smells nice, good reviews but the bottles are stupid. Literally have to squeeze full force and hurt my hands to get any out!

Unscrew the lid entirely so the opening is wider?

Used the Nourishing ones for the 1st time today, in the gym shower. Had to unscrew the full lid. Was thinking of maybe mixing a bit of water in so they pour out without squeezing.

Same here but I now store in upside down in the shower, and it comes out fine!

I found an empty hand soap dispenser with the same size top, chopped the bottom off so it was the right length and it works great!

I was wondering if I was getting really weak. It was painful! I am having to take the lids right off.

I agree. Thought it was just my arthritic hands but obviously not. Pity, because it’s good conditioner

I was going to post about not being able to get cantu conditioner out of the bottle. I found warming it up helped a bit but now I'm near the bottom it doesn't seem to work anymore.

I’ve had the same issue. I find the shampoo pours out ok if you take the whole lid off but the conditioner is thicker and I struggle to get it out even with whole lid off. It’s a shame as I really like the conditioner once I’ve got it out! The bottles are too big for my hands - really painful trying to squeeze them
