I am skint so asked for hard cash for my birthday so I can buy clothes. I don't want to blow it all in mega cheapo shops like primark because I know the stuff won't last. I want summer clothes that I will probably wear next year, none of this 'bang on trend' nonsense. But not frumpy mumsy boring safe either.
I'm 5'2 size 12 blonde curly.

I'd go to Primark and buy one of everything, but that's not what you wanted to hear.

Hennes is the answer.

i'm still wearing all last summer's hennes and some of the summer before. as well as todays shopping expedition.

dresses are absolutely the way to go. frocks frocks frocks.

I think H&M is the answer, I'm going to try to go shopping on Thursday.

Dragonbutter I meant to say there is a toddler group in St Andrews church hall on Monday mornings 9.30-11.30. It's a nice group though be warned it gets a bit 'churchy' towards the end when they read stories, they tend to have a christian message. That's not my thing so when I went I would just leave before the story time started. Hope that helps.

Thanks Lilliput. I'll try to CAT you.
Are there any non-churchy groups? I generally avoid the groups affiliated with the churches here.
