Sezane Has any successfully returned items outside the 14 day return period?

Wondering Sezane if any of you have successfully returned items outside the 14 day return period? I had a special occasion and very stupidly ordered multiple items in multiple sizes. The order came to an eye watering amount!! I just realised I'm outside the 14 day return period. Absolutely kicking myself😪 it's a very l large ammont and I cant afford to keep all the items. Wondering if I should contact customer service to see if they could help. Any lone had success returning in a similar situation? Any tips?

I haven't returned outside the window. Have you gone into your account and tried to create a return? If that doesn't work, I'd email them.

I've just tried and as I'm outside the window I can't process the return. God I'm so cross. How will I tell DH!! What a disaster, and all my fault😓😓

Yes I did once. My daughter had been ill and the week had passed without me managing to get the return into the post. I emailed them and said very sorry but my child was ill with something or other and I just realised I missed the deadline. They were fine about accepting the return late. Worth trying to email them?

Ps Sezane clothes hold their value. If you can’t return try listing them on one or the dedicated secondhand sezane groups on Facebook for a bit less.

I thought distance selling actually in the UK legally means that they have to allow 28 days for returns?

They ship from the UK though (and returns are to the UK)

Distance selling covers anything you don't buy in person from a physical shop so all online purchases.

Hopefully they’ll grant you a late return, if not I’d go to a store and see if you can exchange. If you’re forced to spend that much you should at least get a whole new wardrobe - not repeat outfits

Looks like I was wrong. It is 14 days but that starts when the package arrives with you and not when they dispatch it.
