I'm perimenopausal (not sure if that's relevant) and on HRT now. I've got awful itchy acne on my forehead around my hairline, and above and around my mouth. It's driving me mad.
Any ideas what I could try to clear it up? I use la Roche posey Toleraine skincare. I'm wondering if I could be allergic to something or if it's hormonal. It comes and goes but I can't tell whether it's related to my cycle or not. I also have cracks on my mouth which is angular cheilitis. I've been taking iron supplements for this as I know I'm low in iron and thought it might help.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
