For the ones that have had any form of facial tweakment, Botox, filler etc and so on. What have you used with success to reduce facial bruising post tweak?

I bruise easily and am for the first time going for a bit of a something next week to help refresh the face. I’m not sure exactly what yet but most likely a touch of Botox/filler.

I would say that the biggest factor is the skill of the person doing the botox/filler. Choose an actual doctor specialising in aesthetics, not a GP, a nurse or a dentist who does it as a side gig. And definitely don't go to a random 'aesthetician' or beautician without medical qualifications!

It's ridiculous that you don't need to be registered to carry out these facial modifications, because that's what they are.

I'd also make sure you're aware of any side effects .

Don’t go to anyone who isn’t medically qualified.

I have never had bruising after Botox, but I go to a dentist. Dentists study maxillofacial anatomy more than any other practitioner and my own dentist is brilliant. It’s horrifying that any old twit can get some tin-pot qualification to administer Botox in the UK.

You can use Arnica with brushing. Some people will always bruise, regardless of the qualifications or skill of the aesthetician.

Did anyone see the report on Sky news this evening about the safety of fillers and practitioners? Disturbing viewing. You can see it on the Sky website.
