Strawberry blonde hair

My hair is different colour depending on light, but I have found I much prefer when my hair is looking blonder (normally inside), compared to outside in the bright light (I look more strawberry blonde/ginger).

I don’t want to dye my hair, but was wondering if anyone has any tips to bring out the blonde highlights in my hair? I was going to try sun-in but read awful reviews about it damaging hair.

thanks

Sun In is just bleach, it won't bring out your natural colour and it really is awful stuff. Have you tried a blonde shampoo? I think there are some for strawberry blondes. Or Glaze do a very nice hair gloss treatment. They do a honey blonde and a clear one which you might like. I use the clear one occasionally and it just gives your colour a bit of a boost. They have other ones that deposit a slight bit of colour in your hair too.

Sun in is likely to trash your hair. It sounds like you have a warm undertone if it looks redder in the sun. You could try a zero lift hair glaze that might being out gold tones. Either that or a level 8/9 high lift ash toner ( maybe as babylights)
