Hairdresser advice please

Hi,
after some advice please.. I had my haircut Friday and had the worst experience. Have been to this salon before. My hair is naturally curly and I wear it straight and curly so usually get a little bit of a layer and a graded bob.
on Friday I said I wanted to wear my hair curly now and embrace it. She cut it, dried it off a little then when I wanted a little shorter at the back, combed it and cut into it.
it looked awful when I left, I had a fringe which she didn’t dry, it was frizzy from the second cut and no attempt to diffuse properly.
anyway, I wanted to see today if I could wear it straight or have a look at the cut,
the back is totally uneven, with a chunk missing from the middle section, longer pieces all around and totally uneven. Even my children noticed.
my question is, should I have expected it to be even/level at the back even when curly cut, or is this typical? It looks so awful!
thanks for reading! I plan on getting booked with a new hairdresser to sort this week.

Would it be worth calling in to see the manager/owner of the salon and let them sort your hair free as a goodwill gesture. ?

When I wore my hair curly they'd cut it whilst dry then check it was even once wet. This did mean I had to go in with good hair though, not flat curls or tied up.

Anyway id call them to say you've noticed its not quite level then go in with it straight so it's very obvious they need to fix it.
