tell me about organic..shampoo particularly

so, sodium lauryl sulphates are to be avoided? but what about ammonium lauryl sulphates then? is this the same thing, just as bad ?

if so, then how come natural products such as neals yard ones have ammonium lauryl sulphate in ?

i'm confused!!

Can't remember but I know the Ecologist magazine had article about this a few years ago. May be on their website. I would like to know too!

I use solid shampoo bars now instead of liquid shampoos have grown to much prefer the. Not everyone's cup of tea though I would think.
