40s Swing Trousers with a Modern top

I have bought lots of pairs of "swing" trousers from my recent favourite brands - House of Foxy, Weekend Doll and Vivien of Holloway.

I wear them to work with blouses, I've been wearing them casual with t shirts, trainers etc. I've worn them for casual drinks with either tops from same brands, blouses, etc.

What I'm wondering is, mixing it up and wearing more modern style tops with them. I'm going out next weekend to a more clubby type place and would love to wear one of my pairs of trousers.

I'll show some examples below of what I've got, if anyone has any good ideas. Maybe bodysuits?

No advice, but love that look. Ive seen those trousers before but unfortunately far far too long for me, I wish they did different leg lengths

@soupyspoon Weekend Doll do shorter lengths! I'm taller so have the other issue but finding the Tall trousers are a bit too long 😂

They’re all gorgeous! Bodysuits are a good shout. You could also wear them with a cropped blazer of the same colour either open with a fitted top underneath or buttoned with nothing underneath

Thank you @YoungSoak Im having a browse at bodysuits just now. Love the look of the blazer but not brave enough for nothing underneath 😳

Bought a couple of boat neck tops which I'm pleased with! Still looking at bodysuits but are they comfy??
