Wedding is 3 months away and I need a dress!

My wedding is in 3 months and I have my dress for the big day, however, I need another one for the civil ceremony. I'd really love a short one and have been searching for months, but I feel like there's not much out there/I've seen it all! Can anyone help, please?

• I'm a size 8
• Budget £170
• Would like sleeves if possible

I don't want to buy from an untrustworthy site (the ones no one has ever heard of with each dress having 50,000 "likes" and lots of flashy pop ups on the page) so bonus points if you've shopped there before! Even just names of websites to look on would help! (Have already tried ASOS, John Lewis, Next, Cos, Ghost, Mytheresa..)

Style-wise I'm quite open overall.
I don't like anything "bodycon", I like mini flowy skirts but only in soft materials, no poofiness.
I don't like high necks, I prefer v-necks or off the shoulder.
I like waist-fitting dresses.
I'm not opposed to a top and skirt combo.
Would rather not buy on Etsy as I'm not sure I could return it if it doesn't fit/I don't like it.
I'm in France so needs to deliver here.

Wed2B have a lot of nice shorter styles, they will be out of your £170 budget but if you find one you like you can often find the exact style on Vinted, they're all called girls names so it's easy to know it's the right one

I've thought of that but my issue is that I can't return it if I don't like it, so that's somewhat stopping me from looking through Vinted.

I eloped and bought a knee length champagne coloured designer dress from there and loved it!
