My lovely long-time friend is getting married and I am a bridesmaid along with three others. We are allowed to pick our own dress which is lovely but proving challenging! Maybe I am just too picky.... any suggestions would be hugely appreciated - folks on here often come up with wonderful suggestions!
My criteria:
- I am early-mid 30s, tall athletic build but with childbearing hips and a bit of tum, size 10 on top, 12-14 on the bottom, small boobs
- Wedding is in a walled garden in sept, but the brides dress is quite simple and modern rather than frou-frou
- I do not suit silky slips of things, or bias cut satin!
- I will be tanned and have a brown bob with goldy bits in and pale blue eyes
- Budget up to about £200 for the perfect thing

Brides criteria:
- Cocktail/party vibes rather than particularly trad
- Midi-maxi length dress (could be jumpsuit, matching skirt and top etc)
- Jewel tone or pastel, plain/block colour or bold abstract print
