Long sleeved navy/blue dress

Hi all

If anyone is bored enough, I need help finding the perfect dress for a smallish, casual but trendy wedding.
Needs to be navy/blue, needs to have long sleeves and not be skin tight. I'm quite conscious of back fat so extra points for styles that flatter that area.
Got to be short as I want to wear thin tights and black shoes. I'm a size 14, not overly fat, more curvy, top heavy.
Thank you!!

Too long?

nvmd. I did search size 14 but see that size is out of stock anyway

Not following why those elements mean it has to be short.

Definitely short:

Batsheva dress

Informal:

Cos dress

I prefer both of them to the Me + Em suggestion I made.

Thing is - we have no idea of the OP’s budget!

I just always think you can't wear anything other than a mini with tights, in my head I look weird 😅

Thank you for all your suggestions!
Budget is cheap as poss but if I found the perfect one I'd spend a couple of hundred.
