Need a perfume to fit a brief

DDs birthday is coming up. Romantic soul that she is has requested:

”perfume that smells like Middle Eastern market at sunset with pyramids at the back and a man playing a flute as the wind carries the smell of shaksuka.”

Any suggestions that might work for a late teen?

thanks for some great suggestions - I know nothing about perfume so didn’t realise it was mostly a realistic description of a perfume. Except the shaksuka!
