Exercise and Pregnancy

Because I don?t go to the gym, (too expensive really) I prefer to exercise at home (pilates and yoga) and run. But because running has now become virtually impossible and I wish to keep some level of cardio exercise in my routine, is there any good low impact aerobics videos designed for pregnancies. I?ve been around to some video shops and haven?t seen any yet.

Aren't there some pilates programmes for pregnancy? I think aerobic stuff aimed at pg women (how far along are you?) are pretty rare cos of the risk to joints etc. What about swimming or aquarobics?

I?m only 6 weeks along and I?m sure I?ll be swimming a lot when I get back home. I have a pilates and yoga vid for pregnancies but I need that cardio. Low impact doesn?t really have much impact on joints than walking. It?s more just moving around differently than walking. I was wondering if there really is any difference to a normal impact vid and one geared towards pregnancies. Any fitness instructors out there.
