Large lightweight tote (inexpensive) or maybe bag organiser

I currently haul around a fantastic perfectly shaped horizontal large jute shopper complete with various tutoring resources and A4 files. It's kinda perfect space wise. I can See everything I have, reach in and grab stuff and it stands by itself. I reckon it's about 20l

But the straps are too short and I just can't carry it with my back atm. It's also isn't waterproof

Can anyone recommend a lightweight tote that stands by itself? Or a bag insert that would keep a tote upright without taking up the bulk of the space. Or even an organiser that would make a kanken backpack stand up without wasting space.

Help. I don't want to slimline my on hand resources but my back can't take it any more!!

I bought a kipling superworker on the back of recommendations here and it's the perfect teacher laptop bag. It's capacious, has lots of organisation pockets, is water resistant and has proven itself to be a real workhorse.

If memory serves I bought mine via amazon as it was quite a bit cheaper than via kipling themselves.
