Hair growth / thickening serums and systems- do any of them actually work?

Multiple rounds of IVF, children and general aging means my already fine and thin hair is thinning by the day. Growth is slow.

I've clicked on a few targeted ads for hair growth serums and systems and am now being bombarded with them. Very tempted but don't want to throw good money after bad...has anyone found anything that actually works to encourage growth, new hair and slow down the loss cycle please?

Women can use rogaine, the mens one is stronger and apparently better and we don't need to use the weaker one, minoxidil is the ingredient you need so anything with that will help, takes a few months to see any difference though

I’m currently trying Rosemary oil. Five drops on the scalp each night. You can also combine it with a carrier oil like almond oil. I’ve tried a shampoo for thinning hair and it is useless. The other thing is to massage your scalp when you wash it.

Following as interested.
I’ve seen people use that men’s caffeine shampoo - Alpecin I think. That’s apparently meant to be effective, but I haven’t used it myself.
