Damaged skin barrier / extreme reaction - what will help ??

Will antihistamines calm it down ? I have ff plain basic moisturiser as well?

I had a product accidentally applied to my face and it was immediately stinging and burning and remained extremely red for 1 hour and gradually faded back to nearly normal by 2 hours but is still sore. I can now see some red patches coming up and it feels uncomfortable. Apart from antihistamine what else may help

What product?

I have reactive skin with an impaired barrier.

antihistamine and hydro cortisone will probably be better if you are ahoy to ignore the directjosnnot to put it on you face.

I use cicaplast but it's not a miracle cure

Hydrocortisone, and then cicaplast daily
