Need a good heat protection spray for fine hair

I have really fine mid length hair that is starting look and feel quite fragile. I have tried to skip any kind of heat styling but my hair just looks awful if I don't blow dry and/or straighten it.
I have the Kerastase thermal
cement cream that I use to protect it when drying it.

But I'd like a heat protection spray that I can use on days I haven't washed my hair. The 2 I have tried (Syoss and L'Oreal) both made my hair sticky and greasy looking.

Any recommendations for a really good but weightless/non sticky heat protector spray? I don't mind spending a bit if it works well.

Not specifically a heat protection spray but my hair responds well to the Aussie Hair Insurance leave in conditioner right before I dry it. Smells delicious too.

Redken extreme antisnap leave in spray.

If you're using hp on dry hair, I prefer aerosol sprays rather than normal sprays. The GHD one is good.

I use Tresemmé.

Thanks all. Am going to try the GHD one, crossing fingers!
