People used to say to buy Tretinoin but the last time I tried to buy it in Paris (tried 3 pharmacies) they didn't sell it.

That’s what I was using before subscribing to Dermatica. They consistency is thick, like Vaseline , possibly better if you skin is dry. Got it from Amazon.
