I hate my natural hair colour but no more dye

It has some patches of white and grey which I really like and will embrace. However most of it is an ugly ashy non-brown blgh that doesn't do anything for my complexion and makes me feel unkempt. Plus the brown bits have wirey grey strands that make it look dull and frizzy. It's the brown that makes me look witchy, not the grey! 🤣

As I say, I'm OK with the grey but most of my hair is the ugly brown. Any tips for dealing with the brown?

You say no more dye , but hate the brown colour .
Could you have a few highlights put on it to lift the colour ?

Sounds exactly like mine! I grew it out as it was, but after 3 years felt fed up with the dull brown-grey mix and had some highlights.
I regret them tbh. Yes my hair looks brighter but I hadn't realised how beautifully healthy my natural hair was.. now it's brighter but feels rougher and takes a ton of conditioner to feel decent... so I have to grow it back out again!
That might be just my hair (which is thick and strong but inclined to be wiry with the grey) I wish I'd just left it to go grey on its own!
