Family outfits for wedding

If you are wedding guests at a close relatives wedding would you coordinate what you wear as a family?

do you make a conscious effort to wear a similar colour to each other or not to clash? Or do you not give any thought to what each of you are wearing?
is it twee to go for a family colour theme as guests?

God no!

Actually I'm editing because you've asked several questions and some are yes answers and some are no.

In short, I would not be deliberately co-ordinating with anyone.

Um no ive never done this. It would be normal in my circles for mothers of the bride and groom to check in with each other and the bride to avoid major clashes or matches with each other and the bridesmaids. There was a bit of upset that my brother's mother in law did NOT do this and so in all the pictures clashes violently with the colourscheme.

I did have guests with twin children, and they were mostly coordinated, which was cute.

Myself and DD’s have different colours, pale pink, bottle green and pale blue. No idea what DH is wearing

I just had a thought that we’d clash with each other as the colours are so widely different

Goodness No

No

No thought

Yes. Very

100% wouldn’t coordinate.
The only thing I’d be a bit conscious of would be what my husband is wearing, in the sense that if he’s wearing a suit with stripes I’d not choose a dress with stripes, for example.

Thanks. I really thought the general consensus would be to not clash.

There's a big difference between not matching and clashing. Don't worry about it 🙂
