Is this bag cheap and tacky looking for everyday use?

I was gifted this bag, it's leather material and very shiny & blingy!
Would this be suitable for a daily everyday use or only a specific occasion like parties etc ( I don't go to any) ?
The straps are exchangeable so it can be customised.

Glad to hear you’ve decided to keep it OP. It’s a classic shape and silver and gold are great neutrals especially in the summer. I don’t like the fabric strap or the other bits, so I’d definitely remove those.
