Ball dress for teen 16

Hi Everyone,
Help very much needed here. My dd has a TY ball coming up in March. We had previously ordered her a dress via Next. I ordered two sizes. It was meant to have a cowl neck but the dress didn't have that in the bigger size but the smaller size bottom didn't fit properly. Am now looking for alternative dresses/websites. Budget is €75 at most. Not shein preferably. Would anyone have any ideas please?

Ball dress sounds like something for tennis. You mean a ballgown.

There's a channel on whatnot does Quiz dresses from £3 they are BNWT. Worth a look.
