Clinque Even Better Glow foundation discontinued

I am fed up of Clinique, they discontinue everything I like. They've now discontinued this foundation. First it was my shade of lipstick and now this.

Does anyone know of any good alternatives? Thank you.

I started this exact thread a couple of weeks ago. Still looking… Clinique suggested the even better foundation in my same shade which I bought but it’s too pale and doesn’t have the same… glow.

I also feel this about Clinique to the point I have stopped buying from them.

Thank you for your replies. Yes its true. I first read about it on Facebook, went into Boots where I live the other day and sure enough it's gone.

I feel like not buying from them anymore too. I am tempted to go back to No7. They change their make up but don't completely discontinue foundations, they just bring the same thing out in another name.

Clinique discontinued the Gentle Light make up which I loved, then the Almost Make Up which I started to use afterwards, then the Moisture Surge tinted moisturiser which was the replacement, then the creamy nude lipstick which I loved, then the new shade Canoodle which was almost similar, that hadn't been out long, the cream shaper eyeliner as someone has already mentioned, the list goes on. The only consistent things which I doubt they will discontinue is the quickliner and the Aromatics perfume so I might just stick to those, everything else I'll go elsewhere.

I had forgotten about Almost Make Up! That was so good, why did the discontinue it?
You’re right about Clinique constantly discontinuing good products. They also recently stopped making the Pop Lipsticks. I bought the new version with the same colour name of the one I love, and as you can probably guess it is completely different - and nowhere near as nice.

For those looking for alternatives, I used Clinique foundation for years until I had a voucher for Charlotte Tilbury (darlings 🙄) and am now on my second "Beautiful Skin" foundation of theirs. Its lighter than Clinique and doesn't cake like a lot of others I've tried over the years. If you have a Blue Light card at the moment they have 20% off as well.

You might have some luck finding it at a Cosmetics Company store (Estee Lauder brands).

I went into Boots today and asked about a replacement at the Clinique counter. The assistant told me its the Even Better Vitamin C foundation, she put some all over my face and gave me a sample. Its really nice and glowy. Its more money at £39 but a bigger bottle and should last ages as the Even Better Glow in the smaller bottle lasted me a long time.

I was recommended the Even Better Vitamin makeup, which I've yet to try. Nars Sheer Glow is also on my list, but finding a shade match is tricky. Estée Lauder's moisturising sheer makeup (I forget the name) might work for you too. I feel your pain, I've had my moisturiser and now this foundation discontinued over the last few months so my skin is really unhappy!

@pussinboots61 It’s been years and I’ve still not forgiven them for discontinuing Gentle Light powder, or honey ginger lipstick! They also did this amazing blue mentholly mask/scrub which was the best thing ever for shifting blackheads, I’ve not found anything that matched it. They are terrible for discontinuing seemingly popular items, even the massive selling Black Honey was discontinued for years - i first bought it in the 80s.
