Hello
Please help!
I am 5 ft 8. Basically slimmish, size 12, 14 bum. Pear shaped but straight square shoulders help.
However I have new large fat arms!
I used to buy summer dresses with vest top sleeves, fitted under bosom then flare out to hide bum etc.
However now I don't like the new arm situation, these dresses show them off in glory!
.Is there any style of dress you can recommend?
The dresses with puffed sleeves make me look like a Russian shot putter because my shoulders.
I bought 5 dresses from Em and Co and sent ALL back in distress.
I did the same with Jigsaw.
Sad days.
And yes, I am starting upper arm exercises....

I'm the same
Flutter type sleeves the most flattering

Flutter sleeves vote from me too.

I’m big, busty but with a small head and thin hair so very little suits me.

in winter I rely on three-quarter sleeves and a figure-skimming wrap dress

I have skinny saggy crepey arms, flutter sleeves are the answer for all arm problems.

ooooh, I love those type of empire line short sleeved dresses!
Flutter sleeves do sound the way to go if you've lost confidence though.

I just tend to ignore my arms even though they are one of my worst areas for saggy. wrinkly skin post weight loss.
Ive found the best way to 'hide' the bits you dont like is just to ignore them and really lean into the bits you know look good!😉
