Converse

I want some converse trainers, but don't know quite what to go for. Looking online, so many look similar and I don't want to end up with a pair whose subtle differences make them look wrong on me.

I was thinking of black, but would that be too harsh looking? I don't have tattoed ankles to go with them.

Any suggestions?

they do black leather and silver ones, both are quite groovy

the grey or olive laceless ones are gorge

Charcoal ones look nice I agree that the black and white ones look a bit harsh (tbh I always think black and white together can look a bit cheap too) However, I generally live in black clothes, so I wear the monochrome chucks (trim and badge are black too), I've seen some really nice 'pinstripe' ones in black and charcoal too.

I have to say though that the price is ridiculous - BIL is going on holiday to the US and is picking me up some as a birthday present - here they cost £39, there they are $39. It's annoying that we pay essentially double the price!

but get them sent to the office as they charge extra for delivering to a residential address
