Hi all. I wondered if anyone else has had experiences dealing with this company? They are a second hand resale and styling company.
Mine was good until my last transaction and am now at loggerheads and wonder if I'm in the wrong or they are. Basically they have a 14 day return period, as a reseller. I noticed on day 15 that the item was damaged and they don't want to know. I think it's a hazard with the fashion resale business model to be honest. However the emails have been very rude and offhand about the problem I'm now in.
